AI
AI features your customers actually use
The question is not whether to add AI because everyone is talking about it. It is which repetitive job it takes off you. A chatbot that invents answers costs you customers. One that answers correctly from your own content wins them.
- An assistant answering from your content, not from general knowledge
- Enquiries sorted and routed automatically, with nobody watching
- A capped monthly cost, known before we start
A chatbot is only as good as what it reads
The difference between a useful assistant and a confident guesser comes down to one thing: what it is allowed to draw on. I point it at your pages, your prices and your documents, and constrain it to answer only from those. When it does not know, it says so and hands over to a person instead of inventing.
Where AI actually pays
Rarely on the shop front, almost always behind it: sorting and routing incoming enquiries, summarising a long message, drafting a first version of a product description, translating a catalogue. That is the same integration work as the automations I already deliver, with one more service in the chain.
Cost, limits and guardrails
Every generated answer has a price. I set caps, cache the common questions, and build a clear fallback for when the service is down so your site keeps working without it. You know the monthly cost before we start.

FAQ
Have an AI idea for your business?
Tell me which job eats your time, or what your customers ask over and over. I will tell you whether AI is the right answer, and what would be if it is not.
- Will it make things up?
- That is the main risk and it is manageable: the assistant is constrained to your content and configured to say it does not know rather than guess. No setup is perfect, so there is always a handover to a person.
- What does it cost to run?
- It depends on how many questions you get. The model provider bills by usage; I add caps and caching, and give you a monthly estimate before we begin.
- Does it work in French and Arabic?
- Yes. Current models handle both well, and the assistant replies in the visitor’s own language.
